  1. To report an auto glass claim, call ERIEGlass at (800) 552-ERIE (3743), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Damage to a vehicle, except for glass, should be reported to your agent or local Erie Insurance office.

  2. To report an identity recovery claim, call ERIE's Identity Recovery hotline at 1-866-ERIENOW.
